The Role

• Oversee vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Manage technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily planning.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to vehicle return.
• Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing, managing customer funds, and processing incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures and manage inventory and audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake a relevant qualification or already hold a management qualification (HWK).
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and PC skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
• A collaborative spirit, ability to work independently, and a commitment to teamwork.
