Senior AI Enablement Training Specialist

American Honda Finance Corp. seeks a Sr. Training Specialist focused on AI enablement to design, deliver, and refine learning programs that help teams safely and effectively use AI tools across finance and customer operations. You will assess skill gaps, build role-based AI curricula, and create engaging virtual and in-person training aligned with regulatory and privacy standards. Partnering with business, compliance, and technology leaders, you'll translate complex AI concepts into practical workflows that elevate service quality and operational efficiency while supporting AHFC's customer-focused culture and long-term talent development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-focused training programs for finance and customer operations teams
• Assess skill gaps and create role-based AI learning paths and curricula
• Develop e-learning, workshops, and job aids using modern instructional design methods
• Collaborate with compliance, IT, and business leaders to ensure secure and compliant AI usage
• Measure training effectiveness and iterate programs based on performance data and feedback
• Support change management and adoption of new AI tools and workflows across AHFCMaintain training materials aligned with evolving AI capabilities and regulations
• Facilitate live virtual and in-person sessions for diverse learner groups
