Schlosser / Metallbauer als Monteur | Bremerhaven, Germany | On-site

We are hiring on behalf of a leading European energy services provider that is instrumental in shaping critical energy infrastructure. This organization plays a vital role in advancing climate protection goals by modernizing and expanding substations across Northern Germany. The Role

  • Assembly of steel structures in medium, high, and ultra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
  • Installation of high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems.
  • Mounting of components such as high-voltage clamps, suspension, and support insulators.
  • Assembly and disassembly of bolted and crimped connections, including pipe and cable installation with cable pulling.
  • Revision of technical drawings by marking changes.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as a locksmith or metalworker (e.g., Metallbauer, Industriemechaniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Anlagenmechaniker) or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in locksmithing, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
  • Ideally, experience in safely handling electrical installations.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to work sites with a personal vehicle.
  • Readiness for regular assembly assignments from Monday to Thursday in Northern Germany, including overnight stays.
  • Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work ethic.
