Job Description

KRUSH Tech is a new technology company building advanced hardware solutions for defense, aerospace, communications, and autonomous systems. We're launching our U.S. operations from the ground up — and this is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning and help shape the company from day one.

At KRUSH Tech, we combine the agility of a startup with the ambition to tackle some of the industry's most demanding engineering challenges. Our teams work across disciplines—including RF, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, software, manufacturing, and supply chain—to transform innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. We are building a next-generation, vertically integrated aerospace organization focused on advanced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), autonomy, sensing technologies, and scalable manufacturing — for the U.S. market and strategic partners.

As a Autonomous Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating, configuring, troubleshooting, validating, and optimizing multirotor UAV platforms from prototype development through production readiness. You will serve as the technical owner for system-level integration, combining mechanical, electrical, software, propulsion, RF communications, avionics, and payload subsystems into reliable, mission-ready aircraft.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building complex systems, solving multidisciplinary technical challenges, conducting flight testing, and rapidly iterating designs in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Integrate, assemble, configure, and validate multirotor UAV systems from prototype through production readiness.
  • Configure and optimize flight control systems, avionics, propulsion, RF communications, power systems, and mission payloads.
  • Conduct ground and flight testing to verify system performance, reliability, and compliance with engineering requirements.
  • Analyze flight logs, telemetry, and test data to troubleshoot issues and optimize aircraft performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware, electrical, RF, and system integration challenges through root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support rapid design iteration, system improvements, and product maturation.
  • Develop integration procedures, configuration baselines, assembly work instructions, and technical documentation to support manufacturing and quality.
  • Support the transition of UAV platforms from prototype development to scalable production by improving integration processes, repeatability, and manufacturability.
  • Ensure safe, reliable, and repeatable operation of UAV platforms while meeting program performance, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with UAV flight control systems, including PX4, ArduPilot, and Betaflight.
  • Strong knowledge of flight controllers, avionics, ESC configuration, and brushless propulsion systems.
  • Experience with RF communication systems (ELRS, CRSF, MAVLink), digital video links, and telemetry/ground control systems.
  • Proficiency with flight analysis and configuration tools, including Mission Planner, QGroundControl, and Blackbox.
  • Skilled in using electronic diagnostic equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers, for system troubleshooting and validation.
  • Experience assembling complete UAV platforms from components.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting multidisciplinary aerospace systems.
  • Experience conducting UAV flight testing in development environments.
  • Ability to analyze flight logs and identify control, propulsion, or integration issues.
  • Health Care Plan
  • Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Family Leave
  • Free Food & Snacks
