Title: IT Support Engineer / Technician

Location: Lake Charles, Louisiana (5 days from office)
Duration: Long term | Worksite: LLNG / Construction Site
Schedule: 5 days/week

Role: IT Support – LLNG Construction Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT support within an LLNG construction environment.
• Desktop and end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Support and maintain CCTV systems and related technology.
• Provide AV setup and technical support for high-profile customer meetings and events.
• Support Power Systems and related IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, peripherals, and onsite technology issues.
• Coordinate with project, construction, and corporate IT teams to ensure uninterrupted technology support.

Ideal Profile:

• Strong onsite IT/Desktop/Technical Support experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, energy, oil & gas, or industrial environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, AV systems, desktop support, and Power Systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction-site environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

In Detail:

• Manage IT projects at LALNG construction site
  • New construction office planning and set up (desktops, AV conference rooms, printing, digital signage, network setup)
  • Upgrade and manage physical security and camera system for multiple offices
  • Manage new drone system upgrade and installation
• Provide deskside support for business users-
  • Handle onboarding of accounts and equipment for new users
  • Large meeting and special event support (Board of Directors visit, political events, investor meetings)

• Assist with maintenance and upgrades to network, audio/visual and physical security systems
• Monitor and provide support during numerous system outages due to power, weather, and local service providers
