You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include the following:

• Acquiring new corporate customers (mainly by phone), including negotiating and closing contracts
• Preparing and interpreting reports and analysing customer performance, as well as your own
• Monitoring and analysing competitor activity
• Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation
• Planning and executing all sales activities including client events, networking opportunities and hotel tours.
• Managing long term partnership with clients to build reliable relationships.
• Playing a key role in the hotel's launch strategy to establish the Hotel in the London market.
• Bringing ideas, creativity and local market insight into a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
