The Role

• Present and consult on innovative therapies and products within your specialized field.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, clinic staff, and key decision-makers.
• Independently organize and deliver training sessions, presentations, and events.
• Analyze market data and monitor competitors to inform sales strategy evolution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales.

What You'll Need

• A completed pharmaceutical representative qualification (according to § 75 AMG) or a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
• Solid understanding of the outlined responsibilities with a passion for sales and consulting in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent German language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and structured, with team spirit and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B).
