Pay Range: $149000 - $150000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive process analysis initiatives using advanced techniques like process mining, workflow simulation, and efficiency modeling.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of complex IT solutions to assess their effectiveness in streamlining operations.
• Create technical materials that simplify complex process concepts for various stakeholders.
• Research process tools and analyze long-term product roadmaps to identify trends and adopt innovative solutions.
• Design architectural models for implementing process enhancements and automation solutions.
• Formulate proactive maintenance strategies to ensure system health and sustained process performance.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Experience in AI-driven test generation and quality analytics.
• Experience in enterprise cloud transformation programs.
• Experience in AI observability and engineering governance.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering and testing strategy.
• Experience in Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) setup and data governance.
• Experience in AI Engineering/AI/ML solution architecture and design.
• Experience in test consulting processes and quality engineering transformation initiatives.
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in data warehouse and ETL testing.
• Experience in performance engineering and non-functional testing.
• Experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI adoption.
• Experience in Agentic AI - Agent Engineering.
