Project Manager

We are looking for someone that has experience within Civils, Groundworks & Structures.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a live project and take it through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The role requires someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing project documentation, compliance requirements and client relationships, while maintaining a strong understanding of day-to-day site delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing programmes, resources and labour.
• Maintaining accurate project records and compliance documentation
• Liaising professionally with clients, site teams and other stakeholders
• Monitoring progress, quality, health and safety, and commercial performance
• Identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on programme

Previous project management experience within civils, groundworks or concrete/structures is essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused and an effective communicator who can balance strong administration with practical delivery.

Any utilities experience is a bonus as we are currently managing the cables package.

Great rate of pay.
