SaaS Platform IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Systeme.io's marketing platform and related tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage and prioritize tickets using an ITSM or help desk system
• Escalate complex issues to development and product teams
• Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability
• Assist with user onboarding, access, and configuration
• Monitor system performance and report recurring issues
