Vega is hiring!  We are hiring a Lead SAP/ BI/ Data consultant for our direct client. Prefer Candidates reside within a commutable distance to Parsippany, N.J. (or open to relocate to New Jersey). 

The Lead SAP/ BI/ Data Program Manager will ensure scope, deliverables and execution plans are established, communicated and monitored across multiple data, analytics and reporting workstreams. 

The successful candidate will be a high-impact leader who embodies the following attributes: Integrator and orchestrator: Connects strategy to execution across functions, and third parties. Proactively risk-focused: Anticipates dependencies and readiness issues before they become delivery problems. Business-first operator: Prioritizes adaptations, readiness, and outcomes over task completion. Influence without authority: Drives alignment and progress through collaboration, clarity, and credibility. Steward of program integrity: Takes ownership of accuracy, consistency, and discipline in reporting, tracking, and governance artifacts to ensure leaders are working from a single, trusted source of truth.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 8+ years project/program management experience
  • Candidates must have cross data workstream program management / leadership experience as outlined in the JD.
  • 5 years of experience supporting Data Centric ERP projects transformations with focus on Data management, Master Data Management and Governance, Data Migration, SAP, Data Design, data Reporting and Analytics
  • Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators Strong understanding of end-to-end Data processes
  • Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks
  • Direct experience supporting Data management in an SAP environment.
