  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking 2 Senior C#/.NET Developers to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.

    We are seeking two (2) experienced Senior C#/.NET Developers with 10+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-ready enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C# and .NET technologies, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and modern application development frameworks. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and experience delivering high-quality solutions in agile environments.

    Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET technologies. Build and support microservices-based architectures utilizing gRPC, Orleans, and Pub/Sub messaging patterns. Develop modern user interfaces using Blazor and cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI. Design, optimize, and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server. Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related security standards. Develop and integrate APIs and services for internal and external systems. Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads in Kubernetes environments. Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning. Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver business solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide production support when required. Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms. Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
    • Strong expertise in: o C# o .NET Framework and .NET (Core/.NET 6+) o Object-Oriented Design and Programming o Design Patterns and SOLID Principles o Hands-on experience with: o gRPC o Microsoft Orleans o Publish/Subscribe (Pub/Sub) messaging architectures o Blazor o .NET MAUI o Microsoft SQL Server o Docker o Kubernetes o OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect
    • Experience designing and developing distributed systems and microservices.
    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
    • Experience with source control systems such as Git.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
    • Experience with messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ,
    • Kafka, or similar.
    • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and domain-driven design (DDD).
    • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and cloud-native application
    • development.
    • Relevant Microsoft or cloud certifications.
