Summary: • Support the full lifecycle development and enhancement of policy-driven software tools and web applications. • Gather requirements, draft technical specifications, and generate comprehensive systems engineering and test documentation. • Perform testing on software releases, troubleshoot user-reported issues, and track project tasks using AWS, JIRA, and Confluence. • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Years of experience: 0+ years - Total Compensation: $167k+ yearly Job Description: • Collaborate with developers to implement new capabilities for classification marking tools and web-based applications. • Document the full lifecycle design, development, and testing of software across multiple environments. • Conduct detailed software testing on new releases and document results to ensure high quality. • Gather requirements, analyze user needs, and create formal system engineering and test documentation. • Triage and troubleshoot technical problems directly with users, establishing workarounds or generating detailed bug reports. • Monitor environments via AWS dashboards and maintain project documentation and workflows in JIRA and Confluence.
