The Role • Independently set up, operate, and eventually program machines in core making (sand) and finishing (grinding) departments. • Load and unload machinery. • Perform routine machine maintenance. • Utilize predominantly handheld tools for tasks such as core removal, grinding, deburring, and sawing. • Conduct visual quality control checks. What You'll Need • Manual dexterity and a hands-on approach. • Interest in and knowledge of operating machinery and electronic controls. • Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. • Prior production experience. • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
