Application Managed Services (AMS) Delivery Lead / Application Support Delivery Manager

Job Title: AMS / Application Support Delivery Manager

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AMS/Application Support leadership.

• Strong experience in application transition, managed services, and production support.

• Experience managing global teams, vendors, resources, and service delivery.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SLA/KPI, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

• Hands-on technical background in Core Java, Spring Boot & React JS OR .NET/C# & React JS.

• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, DevOps/CI/CD, and enterprise applications.

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps preferred.

• Exposure to Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform preferred.

• Strong experience handling P1/P2 incidents and 24/7 production support.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• ITIL certification preferred; PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
