ServiceNow Consultant

We need a consultant with a strong technology governance, portfolio management, and rationalization background who can engage with business stakeholders and enterprise architects.

We are looking for a Senior Technology Catalog / ServiceNow Consultant with strong experience in Technology Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), Technology Rationalization, Enterprise Architecture Governance, and ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM/SAM Pro. The ideal candidate should be able to work with business and architecture teams to identify technology reuse opportunities, eliminate duplicate applications, improve technology catalog data quality, and drive governance and portfolio decision-making.

• Technology portfolio management, application portfolio management, technology catalog, CMDB, or enterprise technology inventory initiatives.
• ServiceNow platform capabilities associated with technology portfolio management, Software Asset Management, CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or related disciplines.

• Senior consulting or architecture experience in a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and/or related ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM concepts.
• Experience with application portfolio management or enterprise technology rationalization programs.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture teams and architecture governance processes.
• Experience assessing technology portfolios across multiple business units.
• Relevant ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture, IT Asset Management, or related professional certifications are beneficial.
