Location: Harrisburg, PA( Remote position with occasional travels)

Performance & Load Testing Execution

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across UBOS components, including:
• SAP BRIM (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Subscription Billing).
• SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) for high-volume tolling and event mediation processing.
• SAP S/4HANA and supporting SAP modules.
• SAP Datasphere for analytics, reporting, and data integration performance validation.
• CRM applications (Dynamics CE customer service and case management workflows).
• Middleware and integration layers (APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations).
• Customer-facing channels (web portals, mobile applications, IVR, chatbot).
• Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems, including:
• CRM SAP (billing requests, account updates, case-driven transactions)
• SAP CRM (financial updates, invoice status, customer data synchronization)
• Validation of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, APIs, message queues, and batch interfaces

Minimum Experience/Skillset

• 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (required).
• Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
• Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms and complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of:
• Load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
• API and middleware performance testing
• Batch, mediation, analytics, and asynchronous processing validation

Certifications / Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
