What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and learn what matters most to them
Help guests choose vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
Explain vehicle features in a clear, helpful way
Coordinate test drives and guide guests through the buying process
Respond to phone and online inquiries
Stay connected with guests through timely, thoughtful follow-up
Use modern technology to manage opportunities and relationships
Continue learning through daily coaching and paid training
