The Role

• Represent the brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events
• Engage with potential customers to generate interest in premium window and door solutions
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by setting up in-home consultation appointments
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to retail locations and events
• A natural ability to initiate conversations and connect with new people
• Confidence to handle rejection and persist in engaging with potential customers
• Enjoyment in assisting customers and making a positive first impression
• Ability to comfortably stand and move for extended periods
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup
• At least 18 years of age
• Access to a smartphone
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
