Senior Specialist, POM Product Owner

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Support the development and enhancement of structured finance products and solutions by contributing to product initiatives, market analyses, and client communication strategies.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal partners, addressing transaction-related inquiries and supporting day-to-day execution, servicing, and lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate across business, risk, operations, and technology teams to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable solutions.
• Leverage technology, data analytics, and AI-driven tools for process improvement, reporting, and client service delivery.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in structured finance, securitization, asset-backed securities (ABS), mortgage-backed securities (MBS), capital markets, financial services, or product management.
• 5-8 years of experience in Python, SQL, Power BI or similar technologies is desired.
• Experience supporting internal and external clients, with a demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and technology-enabled tools, with a proactive approach to process improvement and innovation.
