The Role • Receive inbound calls to support students with university loan applications. • Provide guidance on payments, eligibility, funding, and other related aspects of student loans. • Make a tangible difference by assisting students with their academic financial futures. • Work within a lively and vibrant contact centre environment. • Handle a variety of customer inquiries, from simple updates to more complex or challenging situations. What You'll Need • Excellent people skills and confidence in PC usage. • Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. • Aptitude to learn in a virtual training environment and engage actively. • Resilience and determination to handle challenging calls effectively. • Strong listening skills to understand customer queries and navigate complex systems accurately. • Flexibility, good attendance, and punctuality.
