Job Description
A rapidly growing technology company is hiring a Staff Product Manager to help drive the strategy, development, and execution of customer-facing and operational software products.
This role is ideal for a senior product leader who enjoys working in startup environments and wants to own products from concept through launch. You'll partner closely with leadership, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product direction, create roadmaps, establish success metrics, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of navigating ambiguity, prioritizing competing initiatives, and making data-driven decisions that improve customer experiences and business performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience building and owning product roadmaps
  • Strong stakeholder and executive management skills
  • Experience defining KPIs, product metrics, and success measurements
  • Data-driven decision making and product analytics experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Experience operating in startup or fast-paced growth environments
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through product initiatives
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience launching customer-facing digital products
  • Experience building operational or internal tooling products
  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or AI-enabled products
  • Experience creating MVPs or rapid prototypes
  • Insurance, fintech, or highly regulated industry experience
  • 5+ years of development experience
  • Degree in a relevant field
