ServiceNow Developer - ITOM

Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITOM to develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

·       Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.

·       Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer and Workflows.

·       Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

·       Work on CMDB data quality, relationships, and CI management.

·       Troubleshoot technical issues and support ServiceNow implementations.

·       Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

·       3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

·       Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM.

·       Good knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Event Management.

·       Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.

·       Experience with integrations and APIs.

·       ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification is a plus.
