Contracts Compliance Analyst

Role Summary
This position involves managing and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations within the energy sector. The Contracts Compliance Analyst is responsible for monitoring contract performance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal and external stakeholder collaboration to uphold contract standards. This role requires a detail-oriented approach and a solid understanding of contract administration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Review executed contracts to verify compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Monitor contract performance, including verifying accuracy of reports and invoice submissions.
• Track key contract milestones, renewals, and obligations to ensure timely compliance and renewal.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contractual activities within contract management systems.
• Manage notice provisions, ensuring timely and accurate communication in accordance with contractual terms.
• Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
• Lead the change order process, including review, approval routing, and compliance verification.
• Assess contractual risks and collaborate with legal and supply chain teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve compliance issues and maintain contractual integrity.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized contract compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract administration or management within the energy sector, particularly midstream, EPC, or upstream companies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of contract performance monitoring, lifecycle oversight, and compliance management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, supply chain, project, and operations teams.
• Experience with notice and change management procedures.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to energy contracts.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work in an on-site environment.

Publishing Pay Range: $45.00 - $48.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
