Identity and Access Management Delivery Lead / Project Manager (CIAM)- Insurance
6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Remote | Global Insurance Client

We are working with a leading global insurance organisation to appoint an experienced Delivery Lead / Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Client Identity (CIAM) initiatives across a large-scale, enterprise environment.

Required Experience

• Strong project management / Delivery experience within enterprise IT environments.
• Strong technical understanding and delivery experience of large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programmes.
• Proven experience delivering:
  • CyberArk (PAM) implementations
  • SailPoint (IGA) implementations
  • Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes
  • Access certification and governance frameworks
  • Privileged session management solutions
  • PKI, certificate management and service/non-human identity modernisation.
• Experience designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and entitlement structures.
• Experience delivering Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions including registration, authentication, federation and consent management.
• Experience leading global technology and cloud migration initiatives, ideally involving Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of identity security standards and protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP and Kerberos.
• Experience managing programme-level finances, reporting and governance.
• Experience within Financial Services or Insurance.
