The Role

• Implement the local training concept for apprenticeships.
• Guide trainees and apprentices, being released from direct nursing duties for this purpose.
• Ensure compliance with general nursing education regulations.
• Foster a results-oriented and high-quality training environment for future professionals.
• Provide technical training and guidance to other practice supervisors within the facility.
• Maintain responsibilities as a qualified nursing professional.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Completion of a practice supervisor qualification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Solid professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• A passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
