Hiring: Data 360 Data Conversion Engineer

 Location: Philadelphia, PA – 100% ONSITE
 Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Data 360 Data Conversion Engineer / Data Conversion Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), data migration, ETL, data conversion, and HR technology platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion and migration activities for enterprise technology implementations and upgrades.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation.
• Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and STTM documentation.
• Design and develop ETL/ELT processes for SAP-to-Workday migration.
• Prepare Workday-compatible load files using EIBs and Workday data templates.
• Perform data profiling and implement data quality controls.
• Support mock conversions, SIT, UAT, production cutover, and post-production stabilization.
• Validate migrated data through reconciliation reports and business sign-off.
• Troubleshoot data migration and conversion issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, Business, Data, and Workday Functional teams.
• Support tenant loads, testing cycles, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data migration and conversion projects.
• Experience working with Workday, SAP, or other HR technology platforms.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
