Job Description

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Principal Hardware Engineer to design and lead development of high-performance hardware platforms that power our data and AI solutions. You will architect boards and systems for cloud-connected analytics workloads, define requirements, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept through production. Partner with data engineers and software teams to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability. At Everpure, you'll join a collaborative, learning-focused culture that encourages experimentation, ownership, and sustainable, flexible work while solving complex client data challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design high-performance hardware platforms for data and AI workloads.
  • Lead board- and system-level design, including component selection, schematics, and high-speed PCB layout guidance.
  • Own hardware lifecycle from concept, prototyping, validation, and compliance through production ramp.
  • Collaborate with data, software, and cloud teams to optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Define hardware requirements, documentation, and design standards for cross-functional teams.
  • Drive signal and power integrity analysis, thermal considerations, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Oversee hardware bring-up, debug, and root-cause analysis of complex system issues.
  • Mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and contribute to technical strategy for Everpure's hardware roadmap.
