American Family Insurance seeks an Insurance Agent in South Dakota to grow a local book of auto, home, life, and business insurance. You will prospect and qualify leads, conduct needs-based consultations, and recommend customized coverage solutions. Responsibilities include quoting, underwriting submissions, policy sales, and renewals while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also support community outreach and referral programs, use CRM and digital tools to manage pipelines, and partner with internal teams to resolve claims and policy issues and achieve performance goals.
