The Role • Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs. • Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and present customized solutions. • Access HVAC equipment in various locations (attics, crawlspaces, basements) to thoroughly evaluate systems. • Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements, presenting financing options. • Close sales in a one-call closing environment, focusing on customer needs and system solutions. • Ensure a professional customer experience from consultation through installation and handoff. What You'll Need • Prior in-home sales experience is preferred. • One-call close experience is strongly preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to access attics and crawlspaces in various conditions. • Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills. • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
