Respond to employment verification requests and unemployment claims.

Assist in drafting, updating, and distributing HR policies, forms, and the employee handbook under the direction of the HR Director. Support internal audits related to HR compliance (e.g., I-9 audits, OFCCP/AAP recordkeeping) as directed. Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly with confidential and sensitive data. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Discretion in handling confidential personnel and company information. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
