The Role

• Serving trade counter customers by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
• Responding promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone and email with a proactive attitude
• Working within the warehouse, including manual handling of heavy stock such as boilers, radiators, sinks, and toilets
• Loading and unloading stock, and booking stock in and putting it away in designated locations
• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Performing basic stock control routines

What You'll Need

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience
• A team player attitude, happy to assist in all areas for smooth branch operations
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• A strong work ethic
