Technical Product Owner - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Product Owner - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

We are looking for a technically adept Technical Product Owner with expertise in Java middleware systems running on Linux platforms. This role will drive the development of scalable backend services, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize Java-based middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will help shape product strategy by aligning technical deliverables with broader business objectives, requiring a strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, service orchestration, and Linux environments. This position has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of scalable backend services
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize Java-based middleware solutions
• Shape product strategy and align technical deliverables with business objectives
• Ensure the middleware platform supports current and future product needs

Requirements:

• Expertise in Java middleware systems running on Linux platforms
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and service orchestration
• Experience with RHEL, JBoss EAP, Shell Scripting, Python, and Packer

Desired skills:

• Ansible
• Terraform
• Openshift

Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hour
