Senior Children's Residential Support Worker | Carnforth, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £36,231 - £40,640 We're hiring for a leading national care provider dedicated to supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The Role • Provide day-to-day care and support for young people in residential settings. • Ensure the smooth running of the home and contribute to creating lasting memories. • Support the staff team and deputise for Team Leaders as needed. • Build strong, trusting relationships with young people. • Address and manage challenging situations with compassion and resilience. • Uphold the high standards of the residential home. What You'll Need • A compassionate, resilient, and supportive attitude. • A 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to be a team player. • Honesty and empathy for young people and colleagues. • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months. • A willingness to work towards or hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (equivalent qualifications accepted, training provided). • Ability to effectively lead and inspire colleagues.
