ABA Behavioral Technician (BT) - Cedar Bluff / Tazewell, VA

NOW HIRING: ABA BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN / RBT

📍 Location: Cedar Bluff / Tazewell, VA
🏠 Setting: In-Home ABA Services (possible school hours)
🕒 Hours: Up to 25 hours per week

Proposed Schedule:

• Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, in the home
• Possible additional hours at school on other weekdays
• Flexible scheduling available! Days and hours can be adjusted.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• RBT certification preferred, but not required
• Must have experience in ABA therapy
• Must have experience working with children
• Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Consistency is very important; looking for a long-term commitment

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized ABA services in the client’s home and school
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Support the client’s behavioral, social, and developmental goals
