The Role • Champion a genuine safety culture, prioritizing employee well-being and holding leaders accountable for proactive safety measures. • Drive a positive employee experience and high engagement by identifying and escalating potential risks and implementing engagement strategies. • Partner with market leaders to develop and execute department goals, ensuring consistent application and interpretation of company policies. • Support and execute communication and change management campaigns for HR and business priorities, fostering employee adoption. • Lead employee relations investigations, collaborating with internal stakeholders to summarize findings and provide recommendations. • Assist with recruitment efforts, staffing, retention strategies, onboarding, and performance management processes. What You'll Need • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional HR role. • Proven experience consulting with and advising management teams on HR practices. • Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals, including ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, and Title VII. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office suite. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; SHRM certification is desirable. • Valid driver's license and a good motor vehicle record.
