Job Title: Ivanti Developer
Location: Remote – Georgia 30334
Duration: 9 Months, with possible extension
Work Mode: Remote / Contract

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ivanti Developer to configure, customize, enhance, and support the Client for ITSM platform. The developer will work with business users and technical teams to convert IT service-management requirements into workflows, business rules, forms, automation, integrations, dashboards, reports, and service catalog solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Ivanti or a comparable enterprise ITSM platform such as ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable ITSM solutions.
• Configure and customize Ivanti workflows, business rules, forms, layouts, and business objects.
• Develop and support Service Catalog, Service Request, Incident, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for ITSM operations.
• Use SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Support testing, UAT, demonstrations, deployments, and post-production validation.
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, data, and platform issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, configuration documents, and release notes.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and manage platform changes through completion.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA, developers, and other technical teams.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environment with sprint-based development.
• Support production releases, system upgrades, outages, and other critical platform activities.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform.
• Experience with workflows, business rules, forms, service catalog, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes, including Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM / Ivanti ITSM or ITAM.
• Experience with the Ivanti object model.
• Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Experience with platform version management, package development, environment promotion, and release processes.
• Strong SQL Server experience; SSRS experience is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps environments.

ITIL certification is preferred
