  • Ensure reliable and secure data exchange between Salesforce and external systems involved in reporting, surveillance, analytics, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor API health, throughput, rate limits, and error handling; implement resilience patterns such as retries, queueing, and payload optimization.

  • Support platform continuity through backup/restore strategies, DR planning, and failover procedure validation.
  • Conduct periodic platform health reviews and provide recommendations for stability, scalability, and long‑term optimization.

6. Training, Knowledge Transfer & Internal Capacity Building

  • Develop structured training programs for internal teams covering administration, configuration, development, and troubleshooting.
  • Create durable documentation including architecture diagrams, workflow maps, deployment guides, operational procedures, and technical standards.
  • Mentor internal staff to ensure sustainable long-term support and enhance overall organizational Salesforce capability.
  • Facilitate post‑implementation ownership transition and ensure internal teams can independently manage ongoing enhancements.

7. Licensing & Platform Strategy
