Support data imports, exports and integrity checks within Dynamics 365 CE

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior support consultants

Liaise with Microsoft support and third-party ISV vendors where required to resolve platform-level issues

Proven hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service and/or Field Service modules)

Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Automate (cloud flows) and Power Apps

Confident with D365 CE configuration: forms, views, business process flows, workflows, business rules, security roles

Experience working in a support or managed services environment, including ticket/SLA-driven ways of working

Comfortable troubleshooting integration and data issues across D365 CE and connected systems

Excellent client-facing communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Based in the UK, eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship

Desirable skills

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform (e.g. MB-210, MB-230, PL-200)

Experience with Power BI for reporting against D365 CE data

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar for ticket tracking and release management
