Job Description
Our client is looking for a Project Engineer to lead assigned capital projects and manage engineering, design, and construction resources within a manufacturing plant environment.

Required Skills
Experience in manufacturing plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects
Technical degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Ability to obtain a TWIC card, (TWIC card must be current and valid for project completion)
Security Passport, and pass refinery background checks
Strong project planning and organizational skills
Strong leadership and contractor coordination experience
Experience with plant construction/project execution

Preferred:
Familiarity with quality standards as outlined by client
