The Role

Conduct internal training sessions on optometric topics and work with state-of-the-art technology.
Advise customers and support colleagues on optometric matters.
Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction practices are followed by the team.
Manage technical equipment within the store and contribute your expertise to store management.

What You'll Need

Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
Completed training as a Master Optician (m/f/d).
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to delight customers.
A strong team player mentality to achieve company goals collaboratively.
