We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician to join a highly reputable international specialist clinic known for its cutting-edge treatments and rehabilitation for children with complex neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions. This clinic is a leading center in pediatric neuroscience, neurosurgery, and orthopedic care, serving as a teaching hospital for a prominent Munich university.

The Role

• Lead medical care and supervision for junior physicians on the Intermediate Care (IMC) unit.
• Actively contribute to the development and expansion of patient care services on the IMC station.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for the neuropediatric department, ensuring continuous patient support.
• Foster a collaborative and educational environment for the medical team.
• Drive innovation in patient treatment protocols and clinical pathways for the IMC unit.

What You'll Need

• Specialist qualification in Pediatrics with a subspecialty in Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology, or Pediatric Intensive Care.
• Alternatively, a Specialist qualification in Anesthesiology with a focus on Pediatric Anesthesia.
• Proven experience in providing comprehensive care for young patients.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
