HX7 (near Ripponden), West Yorkshire<br />Office-based with occasional UK travel<br />This is a great opportunity to join a growing software business where you’ll gain hands-on experience across software implementation, customer support, system testing and project delivery, with full training provided.<br />About EndtoEnd IT<br />EndtoEnd IT develops cloud based business management software for timber window manufacturers and installers.<br />The system supports the full process from enquiry and quotation through design, manufacture and installation or delivery, helping customers streamline workflows and operate more efficiently.<br />The business has grown steadily over the past eight years and works with many respected companies across the industry.

Due to continued growth, we’re now expanding our Support &amp; Implementation Team.<br />The Role<br />As a Graduate IT Project Support / Support &amp; Implementation Analyst, you’ll support customers using the EndtoEnd system and assist with new client implementations.<br />You’ll be trained to become a system superuser, allowing you to support users confidently, assist with onboarding, and contribute to ongoing improvements.<br />Key Responsibilities<br />• Providing phone-based and online customer support<br />• Logging and managing support tickets using HubSpot<br />• Supporting and coordinating new client implementation projects<br />• Assisting with system setup, onboarding and user training<br />• Testing new software features and reporting findings<br />• Supporting internal processes and project delivery<br />• General administration and team support<br />What We’re Looking For<br />• A degree in a technology or business-related subject<br />• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems<br />• Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail<br />• At least one year’s work experience<br />• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (location not easily accessible by public transport)<br />• Experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage but not essential<br />What You’ll Get<br />• Full training to become a system expert<br />• Exposure to software implementation, customer support and testing<br />• Early responsibility in a varied role<br />• Career development opportunities within a growing team<br />• A stable, permanent role in a successful software business<br />You must be eligible to work in the UK.
