Project Manager Construction Consultancy

An established multidisciplinary construction consultancy in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. The successful Project Manager will work across a broad portfolio of projects, with opportunities to deliver healthcare schemes alongside work in several other sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager seeking varied project exposure and strong client contact. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

The consultancy is particularly interested in a Project Manager with previous healthcare experience, although this is not essential for candidates with strong consultancy experience elsewhere.

The incoming Project Manager will manage their own schemes while supporting senior colleagues on larger projects, giving the Project Manager excellent variety and development opportunities. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will support and lead projects from early feasibility and design through procurement, construction and handover.

Responsibilities will include managing programmes, coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, leading client meetings, monitoring progress, identifying project risks and ensuring milestones are achieved. The Project Manager The successful Project Manager will ideally have:
