Kitchen Sales Consultant | Heilbronn, Germany | Hybrid

An established retailer known for its commitment to DIY and home improvement projects is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sales Consultant. This role is pivotal in supporting the growth of their kitchen division, transforming customer aspirations into beautifully designed and functional kitchens.

The Role

  • Visualize and plan customer kitchen designs using modern 3D planning tools.
  • Develop bespoke kitchen concepts that align with client styles, functional needs, and budgets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial consultation and proposal generation to closing deals and coordinating project execution.
  • Oversee aspects of the sale including objection handling, contract finalization, and liaising with delivery and installation teams.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of kitchen appliances, design principles, and current market trends.
  • Proficiency with professional kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and standard office applications.
  • A strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • A confident and personable approach with strong social skills and the ability to work independently while staying goal-oriented.
