- *The Role**
- Lead the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions for national security missions.
- Manage customer engagement to define and capture complex user and security requirements.
- Decompose and coordinate requirements for hardware, software, interfaces, and security controls.
- Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring alignment with Risk Management Framework accreditation.
- Plan and implement cross-domain data flows, data handling policies, and user training to drive adoption.
- Contribute to security improvements and advance Cross-Domain security objectives.
- *What You'll Need**
- Proven experience developing requirements (capability, system-level, hardware, software, user stories).
- Experience creating technical written deliverables for system delivery and deployment.
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and system accreditation processes.
- Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment, including technical plans, schedules, and risk tracking.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of engineering experience, or 12+ years of equivalent engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start.
