Business Analyst with WCAG

Introduction:

The Business Analyst with WCAG position will function as a key member of the development team, responsible for collaborating with customers and the development team to ensure the system functions as desired. This role involves testing, requirements gathering, documentation, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in working on a Scrum Team or similar Agile Development Team
• Experience with Automated Testing practices and software, such as Selenium
• Strong organization and writing skills
• Assist with training, developing user guides, or other Business Analyst activities when necessary
• Create user stories, tasks, and bugs in Azure DevOps Studio or similar software
• Communicate clearly and work with users and clients as necessary
• Participate in Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis
• Test or document requirements related to accessibility of a software application
• Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies
• Develop Business Requirements, Functional requirements, User requirements, and Quality-of-service requirements
• Familiarity with testing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) preferred
