The Role

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute to medical and organizational management.
• Supervise therapeutic interventions and actively participate in the training and development of medical and psychological staff.
• Contribute to the evolution of therapeutic concepts and actively shape internal processes.
• Engage in scientific work and participate in national and international conferences.

What You'll Need

• Specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Experience in behavioral therapy.
• Enthusiasm for conceptual work and the development of treatment concepts.
