Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out Location: London<br />Sector: Commercial Interior Fit-Out | Refurbishment | Cut &amp; Carve | Luxury Workspace An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading specialist commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality, design-led workspace environments across London. The business is currently delivering major commercial interior fit-out, refurbishment and complex cut-and-carve schemes and is seeking a strong Senior Project Manager capable of taking full ownership of projects from construction through to completion. This role will suit an experienced construction professional with a proven track record delivering commercial projects valued between £15M and £40M+. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major commercial fit-out, refurbishment and cut-and-carve projects.
• Take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and overall project delivery.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, design teams and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage project risks and challenges.
• Drive programme performance and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety throughout.
• Work closely with the commercial team to manage costs and project performance.
• Lead the project through completion, commissioning and client handover. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment.
• Strong experience delivering cut-and-carve and complex refurbishment projects.
• Previous experience managing commercial schemes valued between £15M and £40M+.
• Strong leadership and programme management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of project delivery.
• Relevant construction qualification or equivalent industry experience. What's on Offer
