Duration: Long Term Contract
Location : Remote

Job Description:
Primary Skill: Salesforce Configuration (Minimum Rating: Specialist)
Must-Have AI Experience: Practical Salesforce AI implementation experience (e.g., Agent force) is strictly required for the upcoming project phase. Candidates without hands-on AI implementation in Salesforce will not be considered.
Additional Technical Expertise:
Extensive hands-on declarative configuration and Service Cloud experience.
Solid Business Analyst foundation: expertise in Discovery and Story Writing, rapid prototyping, and Agile delivery.
